- A Consumer or a natural person entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity, where the agreement is not of a professional nature for that person (in particular as determined by the scope of their business activity disclosed in the Central Registration and Information on Business), may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods.
- The Customer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement by submitting an unequivocal statement of withdrawal to the Seller. Such statement may be sent by post to the Seller's address, by e-mail to the Seller's e-mail address, or via the withdrawal form available on the Seller's website. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Customer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed the Seller of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Goods are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of delivery of the Goods, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, subject to point 8 below. The reimbursement does not include any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
- The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the Goods.
- The reimbursement shall be made using the same means of payment as those used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees in connection with such reimbursement.
- The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Goods have been received back or the Customer has supplied proof of having sent back the Goods, whichever occurs first.
- The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling the Goods in a manner other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- Pursuant to Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the cases specified therein.
A statement of withdrawal may also be submitted via the Withdrawal Form.
